My wife and I would like to express our thanks for the air conditioner recently installed. Your price was competitive, but more importantly the installation by your team was absolutely exceptional. Initially we were reluctant to leave the home whilst the installation was taking place, but after meeting the team and observing first hand their professional approach, we had no qualms in leaving them a key and allowing them free reign of the house. The vacuuming of the whole house afterwards is just one example of how thorough they were. I even ventured into the roof space and despite the obvious temptation to leave rubbish there (let's face it, how many people go up there?) I was most impressed to see every surplus piece of equipment and/or rubbish removed. Please feel free to use this letter of recommendation for potential clients. A major factor in my decision to use Delta was the professionalism demonstrated by your company from the very first point of contact. The outstanding aspects of my dealings with Delta were: The quote was detailed, addressed all my options, covered all costs (i.e. no hidden extras) and was professionally presented; Your quote responded to my particular needs and did not try to offer me a standard off the shelf option that would not meet my requirements. I was also impressed that, unlike your competitors, you did not recommend the more expensive option that was surplus to my requirements; Your pricing was highly competitive; There was absolutely no pressure selling; You and your staff turned up on time, every time; My home was left in a clean condition and all rubbish was removed; All staff were polite and friendly.
